IBS Management

Find your IBS solution

One-on-one sessions with a registered dietitian gives you personally tailored nutrition advice to help you find relief of your IBS symptoms, and take control of your life again and not schedule it around your bathroom habits.

Suffering from digestive symptoms such as gas, bloating, abdominal pain, IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), and altered bowel movements can be very frustrating and isolating. But you are not alone! It may be a taboo topic, but many people around you also suffer from similar issues.

Canada has one of the highest rates of IBS in the world, with approximately five million Canadians currently suffering. IBS and related digestive issues are the most common cause for absenteeism as well. Sadly, many suffers do not seek help or are told that there is nothing to help them. But, for most, relief is possible!

By working with a registered dietitian you can learn which foods cause your symptoms and how to adjust your diet to take back control of your life and find enjoyment in food again! Learn the newest research and dietary treatments to help manage your symptoms and get your life back on track!
